Love Stitchery Approx. 10.5" x 7.5" (when finished as pillow)
Supplies: Muslin (at least 10" x 12") Warm & Natural (same size as muslin) Fabric for pillow (if desired) Embroidery Floss
Model is sewn using 2 strands of floss. Eyebrows, Eyelashes and stitching on dress at arms, neck and bottom hem using 1 strand.
DMC Floss used for this stitchery.
Dress - 3858 Heart & Hair - 221 Wings - 437 Head, Hands, Feet - 3863 Love - 3857 Eyes - 310 Black 3 strands, French knots Eyelashes, Eyebrows - 310 Black 1 strand Stitching on dress - 3858 1 strand
Heart and Cheeks were dry brushed with Barn red acrylic paint.
Wings were dry brushed with Antique Gold acrylic paint, mixed with a bit of Nutmeg Brown to make it a little darker.
Strips for the front of pillow are 2" wide, sew on starting at the top and working around stitchery clockwise. The back of pillow is made of same fabric as the front strips.
Tea stain if desired.
